The Mice
Mice are meek and oft out of sight, preferring to live under ground when possible. Perhaps it is no surprise that they are often gifted in the art of stealth, and while mostly an agreeable group of creatures, these abilities have found use outside of hiding from danger. They are the most versatile of the inhabitants of Meidam-bique, and proud craftsmen, with particular respect to woodworking, wherein they are unmatched in skill and flourish. They can be found scattered all throughout the shores of Loch Loren, though no farther do you need to search than the "The Heap", a small farming settlement nestled in the piled remains of the namesake felled tree of the Tree Fall region.
Common Cutlure
The common names of mice are often rooted in anglo tradition, combined with the sort of small or edible things one might find lying under a log. Branvin, and Floydelion, Applynn and Westpea to name a few. Mice of Note
Mice are easily the least represented creatures in the pantheon of lore, as their general desire to keep out of trouble does not produce a plethora of the bold sort. And when the adventuring gene does make its way into a mouse they ten to be of the roguish sort, preferring to keep their names off the ledgers of history. Among the six ancestral heroes, Ronin, the settler of the Stumplands is their patron, though for many years the toads have laid claim to him, believing he to be a toad, and forcing that belief to take root even among the mice of the heap.
